LAWRENCE V.
Lawrence Vourtzoumis is a 25 year old pastry chef, cake artist and the owner of Patisserie Lawrence V.
From a young age he found a passion to create custom cakes and sweets.
To start off with – he would constantly watch tutorials, read cookbooks and watch cooking/baking shows to expand his knowledge and skills. It is then when he decided to start experimenting in the kitchen. By 15 years old, he was making custom cakes and sweets for friends and family which quickly grew not long after.

When he knew that he wanted to be a pastry chef, he enrolled in a six month professional pastry program at Maison Christian Faure under the guidance of MOF Chef Christian Faure.
Working in the industry for just over three years,
he was able to enhance his baking & pastry making skills. In 2018, Lawrence opened a pastry shop where the chefs create a variety of french pastries, custom cakes and delicious treats while focusing on making peoples lives a little sweeter!
